A qualified midwife with experience delivering private care in UHNW households, she’s no stranger to responsibility, discretion, and working under pressure — all qualities she now brings into her property development career.
Having spent years in the property space alongside her healthcare career, Alison now focuses full-time on sourcing, designing, and managing back-to-brick renovations. Her sharp attention to detail, empathetic nature, and commitment to quality translate directly into the thoughtful, tenant-focused homes Altonie is known for.
Alison believes that creating excellent rental homes starts with understanding people — and this people-first approach extends to the way she works with investors and professional partners alike.

Anthony combines hands-on property knowledge with a background in sports therapy — an unusual mix that gives him both the physical grit and analytical mindset needed to manage full-scale renovations.
Having spent over a decade in the property industry — from managing trades to overseeing complex refurbishments — Anthony is well-versed in the realities of construction and the importance of delivering high standards under pressure. His experience as a sports therapist instilled a strong sense of discipline, performance, and precision, which he applies daily on-site and in strategic project planning.
Anthony is driven by a passion for transforming neglected houses into high-quality homes that offer comfort, efficiency, and long-term value for both tenants and investors.
